TCS also ready to provide me DCA salary of 7.72 LPA and my Manger promises that she will try to get ITA and nearshore within 1 year.

What kind of salary increase can I expect when being promoted from a Staf I to Staff II in Risk Advisory Services. Located in southern states for reference.

I am having 6.8 years of experience in IT industry, having skill set
1. Selenium
2. Cucumber
3. TestNg
4. Core Java
From Capgemini what will be the CTC That i should ask for ?
My current package is 12.054 Lacks
Designation will be senior analyst

Out of these 4 Citi or Standard Chartered or Morgan Stanley or JPMorgan is better for overall Work Culture/ Onsite Opportunities + Salary?

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.

I'm applying on company websites and also getting referred to roles which I'm qualified for.
But it seems like my resume is getting lost in the system, as I never get acceptance/rejection email from those companies.

I assume my resume is not going through ATS, so i have edited my resume to be ATS compliant. But even that does not seem to be working.
