LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?

I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse. The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
Also, help me calculate the in hand approx for this.
