Ithink they are trying to lowball the offer a bit.
Can someone help with the fixed compensation amount that I should put forward as my final expectation to the HR ?

My colleague is going on maternity leave for 4 months and I was asked to cover some of her projects which are step up in responsibility than what I’m currently operating at.
