I am expecting a call from HR and been informed that I'm shortlisted, I have 9+ years exp in Mainframe and current CTC 8.3LPA, how much salary can I ask for safely? Is there anything else I should ask during the hr discussion?

Got offer from Cognizant and Infosys.. Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Is it true ? Share some pro and cons that will be greate .. thnks
