Can somebody guide me regarding the hiring process of Infosys. I had applied for SAP basis position few months back and was told that after submitting the educational details, application would go to next stage (ie Interview) ,but no interview was ever conducted and got a rejection mail after nearly two months.
Now again I have applied for the position and as per portal my application has progressed to next stage (schedule interview phase.). But no notification on interview yet

Hi everyone! First time posting here. I am in a good sales role at my current company but it’s my first solid AE role in the tech industry. I am interested in exploring other opportunities as I know there are a lot out there, but is anyone else worried about the current economic state? Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.
Anyway, i need hike for personal reasons.

Is it good to switch from product based company to service based company if I'm offered with good hike? How much can i demand?

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. And we belong to those 3% population who regularly pay tax even before they get their salaries.
