KPMG or other such companies won't consider that as an employment. I heard stories of bgv and usually as per organization policies the new comer has to submit all the documents requested by the current employer else your bgv will come as negative and the Employer may ask you to leave anytime or may block your access ID.. This happened with my organization so I have all these .. you are not new..
Company did not provide form 16 and now there is no way I can get it, should I just remove that company from my experience and keep that duration as either gap or freelancer?

In case the current employer KPMG doesn't agree with you then you post your resume in job portal websites and try seeking out new opportunities.. I know many people who had been rejected to continue forward from HR team because of non-submission of requested documents.. You do one thing, keep it gap and whenever new HR ask you tell HR that you had very serious health issues like blood count deficiency, calcium protein deficiency ... so the HR can feel sympathy on you and consider you the gap. Because now a days all companies are very strict with your previous employments ..
I am undergoing background verification in one of the MNC company, and KPMG does the background verification on behalf of the company. Now I have submitted a forged relieving letter as I had no other option, even after submitting all the alternative documents the company mandatorily asked a reliving letter which I didn't have as my previous employer did not provide due to resignation during probation period and companies no release policy. So KPMG has sent a mail to my previous employer for verification. I am not sure if they have attached my forged document for confirmation with the previous employer. Can anyone let me know on this
