How is it to try for abroad opportunities? Is there any way to try it as individual instead of company backing? I am looking for onsite opportunities across European union/Middle East. Can someone please guide me how we should make our profile aligned according to this kind of opportunity/job requirement ?Do we need to write any exams/prepare for anything ahead?. I need advice. A student at my worksite came to school with a gun. He’s a SPED kid, and administration did not inform anyone. I had to help the teacher and instructional aide deal with the incident. I told the AP that we needed to do more. I was ignored. I fear for the safety of teachers and students. What can I do, when union reps got involved and administrators did nothing.

While most teachers are protected by teacher unions, I feel my voice hasn’t been heard at all with my concerns of going back to school next week. Our diocese has decided on full return 5 days/ week for all 42 schools despite a recent increase in COVID in our communities. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
