I just cleared my AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and am curious whether I should pursue Solutions Architect Associate and/or Developer Associate certificate next. My plan is to get about 7 certificates in the areas that interest me, even though they are not needed for my role. Have you gotten both? Any recommendation to which to pursue first?

Got offered 115K with 25-30% bonus for a fund accountant role with 3 years of public experience. Is that normal? Seems like really high. I live in NY to clarify. Combination of Big 4 and midsize experience. What’s the normal salary range for ppl in that range?

Those who are or have been AUSAs, what sort of letters of recommendation make the most impact on an application (outside of a former AUSA/judge etc..)? My issue is prior to my current firm doesn’t seem to value the AUSA experience, we have no former AUSA’s in my office and only a view in the whole firm nationwide (same goes for clerks), and I was a transactional associate at my first firm so don’t think anything anyone would have to say would be particularly interesting to a hiring panel...

What is the expected change in compensation over a 10 yr period for Managing Directors in Business or Tech Consulting? Is their salary in line with a CIO or SVP in IT?

Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines? I feel like I’m the only one that can’t manage a 70+ case load without letting someone down. I constantly have to say “Can I do this tomorrow?” Etc. I don’t even have time to bill on the clock. There is an opportunity in another office to build out their business in a large industry that I identified. The office has very little client base within the industry. The partners do not have experience in the industry and there are no senior managers or managing directors in that office. I passed my PMP thanks to this sub group.
I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

I have 5 years exp in (GCP cloud predominant for 3 years now) DevOps field in Financial Services area including FinTech (Fidelity Investments), Bank (HSBC) & Insurance(CNA Insurance - currently working). Also have a Masters in MIS. I have got & cleared calls from AWS for AWS Developer, Architect roles & failed on-site FB Production Engineer role interview.
