Anyone have tips for industry interviews for a tax role, but with folks from cross functional teams (e.g., corporate development and legal)? What kind of questions should I expect?

Just got turned down for a job I really wanted. No interview. I even had a referral, but they didn't even look at my book! Feeling empty and worthless right now. Just got out of one of my final round interviews. It’s been over 8 weeks of prep. Got a little nervous and may have messed up on the case, PEI went okay. Have the other later this week. Trying to focus on that but difficult knowing how this performance would impact the outcome. Has this happened to anyone and they ended up getting offers? Searching for success stories or tips.

Do you still write thank you emails after interviews? A lot of the roles I interview for these days are coordinated by recruiters so I don’t see the interviewers emails

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?

Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. I am in a slight dilemma now. I have got an offer from Hyderabad based company and also i have already resigned from my exited from my current company. I have accepted the offer thinking they will give temporary WFH atleast for few months, atleast that's what they said during interview. But now they have asked me to come to office ASAP. Now i am having second thoughts about this. My question is can I resign this offer and continue searching for other jobs without working?
