I am expecting an offer from Thermo Fisher for Bangalore post my negotiations yesterday.

Can someone please share their insights on:

1. How long does Thermo Fisher take to release offer post the negotiations?

2. Does Thermo Fisher pay shift allowances? The role is in CIS and would mostly incur afternoon shifts (IST)

3. What has been the history of bonus payments to employees?

How do you keep up/in touch with your network? Mine barely post anything on LinkedIn, so commenting on their posts is out of the question, and apparently it's impolite to just message or email them if the job searcher doesn't have anything to share besides asking for a referral or opening. If I don't have any relevant information to share with them, what should I do?

I have been looking for job change and when I speak to HR's with the expectations of around 25 LPA fixed( my current salary is 15 LPA)... Most of the companies are directly rejecting my profile saying budget issue...

How do referrals work?
If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? I’m sure they get tons of messages so I want to write something that won’t be overlooked. Any advice is appreciated:)

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him.
