can someone from Cognizant guide me on below points: 1) what is the level experience of senior associate in the organisation?

Hey buddy.. exactly same thing is happening with me. Hr is exactly saying 15 percentage. I rejected the offer. TCS is completely wasting our time.

But is this realistic ? The author is switching in 1 year time, so HR people are not fools, what is the guarantee the author will not re-negotiate with new offer or won't jump again ?
If the skill sets is in demand and any company is in urgency, then yeah there are more chances.
Otherwise, I think more than 25 percent is unlikely.
