May I know how much package (in Euros) I can ask for CGI Germany , 7 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices,Kafka,Elastic Search and Camunda BPM (niche skills).

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

What things have direct reports done that have impressed you? I have one - one of my managers just sent me an extremely perfect mid year review with actions milestone outcomes - bottle necks. So simple and clear to measure success for end of Q4. Thank you 🙏 hiring god who found this employee.
