Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.

Has anyone got retained by Mphasis due to external offer? If yes, please tell me when did you get the revised offer letter(after or before revoking resignation) and how much time it took? And did they fullfill your promise?

Did anyone apply resignation and then got retained back with higher package? If yes, pls tell me what is the timeline like when did they send you revise offer letter and when did you withdrawn your papers?
