I have worked for 1.2 years as a Software Associate in a company. Due to some unexpected family circumstances, I had to leave the job without prior intimation. The company had a 2-year bond, so they didn’t provide me with a relieving or experience letter.

I’m now looking for a new job based on my one year of experience.
Will this situation cause any issues when applying to the next company, or should I apply as a fresher?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

I have been an automation engineer for around 6 years and wanted to switch my career from QA to a management post or a Business analysist post.
What should I do for it to have this career change

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group. How do I ask for a title change and pay increase to reflect what I actually do? Do I ask my contract house, or my NASA mgmt? Should I ask to make the pay retroactive since I was hired to do one thing, but do another?
