Hello Everyone I recently got the DBS offer in the position of Analyst role in IBGT tower with package of 13.6 LPA as a fixed pay and no variable pay is mentioned in the offer letter.
Is that pay is justified for the person having an experience of 3.2 Years as Full Stack developer role ?

Please help me on this query ?
And how much bonus and how much percentage hike can I expect from DBS in every year ?

- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.
