I have been in banking since 2015, and have worked from a teller position to the corporate office in lending.
I am highly interested in Risk Management, or BSA/AML positions. I do consider risk in lending and account opening, but have been told they are looking for someone with more experience.

Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.

They came back to me shortly after that saying they were inviting me to a superday next week for all 3 positions. If anyone knows what the next steps are, I’d appreciate any info or insight. I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
