Base : 53+ pf and variable pay
Rsu :45k over 3 years
Jb : 8 lakhs

CCTC: 49base + 4.9 variable pay +1.5 rsu
YOE: 12.6

Feeling like low balled, can someone pls help to evaluate the offer ?

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?
