Certification is key, get your A&P if want to work in Aviation, period. Management is required to be certified. PMP is a good certification too. Finish that free degree, Bachelor's or even a Masters degree as it opens up lots of doors. While in the military it is free with education benefits, just don't wait too long as your benefits end 6 months prior to separation and don't kick in with the VA until you receive your DD214.
