I became a certified Scrum Master about a month ago. Agile is great and very helpful... but I’ve always know scrum as another word for taint so I’m super hesitant to tell people I’m a “scrum master” 😂

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

I’m a junior full-stack developer. What job titles should I be looking at where I can use my skills?

Which one would you prioritize?

Internal auditor here, has anyone considered/gotten the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Certification? If so, can you share any pros/cons regarding the certification?

Over a year ago, I lateraled from a firm doing mostly land use/development to a volume lender debt finance practice. By volume I mean I’m on 15+ deals a day. I don’t think this is for me….anyone have any other CRE practices that they enjoy? I’m thinking about jumping back to a borrower side practice, but curious to hear about other CRE associate experiences. Thanks!

Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.

31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight? I’m fine to eat like a dog and have the same meals every day I just need someone to tell me what to eat and when.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. I primarily took this role hoping to get exposure to providing SaaS services as company is transitioning at software cloud. My long term goal is to move into tech as my current customers are mostly in O&G. Is customer success a good entry point go get into one for the big tech companies?
