I've been working in the sales industry from past 1.5 years, but i wanted to change my field.
After some research i decided to get into Cloud Computing. I've done Microsoft Azure course and cleared AZ 104 Certification for Azure Administrator.
But because of my Sales Experience my profile is not getting shortlisted.
Please suggest me what can i do ? And if anyone can help me with the job.

Anyone here has taken the PMP certification ? Is it worth it over MBA and if you're managing projects in Advisory?

I'm currently making a career pivot and have gained a significant amount of experience during my MBA but still a bit in that pivot stage.. Has anyone worked for or with any corporate VCs, VCs with some sort of business development or other support, innovation labs, incubators, or similar places that you enjoyed? I'm about to graduate from an MBA program and am looking for jobs in this space. I'd love any recommendations for places to check out! Thanks!

Currently SM at Bain (4 years post MBA) and was approached for a senior associate role in portfolio ops at a large PE fund. Been told 2.5 years to VP and another 2.5 years to director. Feels like the role is a bit junior but offers a 50% pay jump.

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. In two interviews the interviewer asks me about one topic which I know theoretically and some practical. I directly said to the interviewer that I am not an expert in that, but if I get my hands on it then I can learn in one day.

After asking two questions again he came on the same topic this happens twice in two interviews. Mere ko lag raha hey Jaan bujhke questions same topic pe puchte hey, so that they don't select that candidate.

Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched.
