I’m at a career crossroads and would appreciate your insights.

I have two job offers on the table: one from Chubb and the other from Wells Fargo. The salary difference is marginal, with only a 2 lakh variance (joining bonus).

I’m looking for feedback on the company culture, growth, and job security at both places.

For the people who went back to school to pursue a totally different career, what did you do for work? I don’t think I’d be able to do both my current job and school. I did retail in college and that probably isn’t so smart right now. Neither is working at a restaurant. I don’t think I can go back and live with my parents. I feel like I’m stuck.

I turned in my two weeks notice and my AD is giving me a hard time about leaving. Wants to sit down and talk about it and my career aspirations. Any advice ?

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.

The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?

In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?

Is it a good idea to resign first from current company and start searching for another job because my notice period is for 3 months and most companies won’t wait for you for 3 months.. Not Even getting calls if I Update as 3 Months NP ? And please let me know when is the good time to resign and search since I heard hiring will slow down now in the Year End

I attended my interview and got shortlisted as well, I just got an email stating congratulations and send us list of documents !! After which When I try contacting the HR, he's not responding !! What do I do in such case !!
