-Why is there so much entities within ge healthcare? Eg. Ge bel, wipro ge, etc.
-What is the impact of being in such seperate entities for the employees
-In future, can someone internally transfer within such entities? What is the complexity?
-Do all of these, come under Ge healthcare only?
-How is the work culture in ge-bel.

Are there many legitimate ethical hurdles when switching from insurance defense to plaintiff’s work? Hi folks, I am currently working in a product based Tata organisation. However, I want to switch to service based work and have been selected at Tech Mahindra as a Business consultant at U4 level. They are giving me 35% hike on my current salary. Not sure if this would be the right deal! Can someone throw some light on the consultancy wing of TechM and the work culture in here?!

I have $100K liquid cash over and above maxing out 401K, HSA, College fund, investments in Index funds and emergency fund. I plan to leave $25K for contingency. Of the $75K is it wise if I purchase I bonds worth $30K (myself, spouse, kid)? Current combined rate is 9.62 Does anyone foresee the interest rate drastically reducing? I don’t intend to cash them out before 5 years.
