Do you know which service line would you be in? SAP is part of tech consulting and that doesn't have associate director position...

Do you know what Rank is written for your offer?

This rank is equalient to manager in other companies.since it's SAP it's likely you'll be individual contributor

Hi, If I can ask how much salary they offered for this role/Designation?

It goes from 23l to 45 l

Five years of experience as a litigation associate (Vault 50 firm). Good grades from a T20 law school. Good reviews. Some meaningful relationships with clients but this has been an area of weakness for me. Generally, extremely burned out & feeling disconnected from my work. Feeling lost generally re: my career. Looking to maybe go in house, I don’t know. I know nothing about in house or how to go about getting such a position. Advice appreciated!

I'm thinking about leaving the advertising world for qual research. I love being a strategist but I loath the client BS and the internal agency egos. I found a research company that does interesting bespoke qual that will still allow me to be creative and strategic. Plus an actual life outside of work. But it would mean a 20-40% pay cut. Has anyone ever been in this position or have some advice?

I know people say to not chase money but I’ve been in the industry for about 5 years (all in NYC at big old agencies) and I’ve never made anything of note. A senior position recently came up at another large agency that I don’t think will lead to great work… but it comes with a pay raise from 85 to 140. I’m in my late 30s and I’m tired of feeling like I’m not getting ahead financially. But sometimes I feel like a failure for not making a lot of cool work like my classmates from ad school.

Does anyone else get a million emails from sketchy recruiters with “small business veteran owned” businesses looking to staff you on their contracts? How do I stop these? I say “public sector client” in my resume and linkedin when referring to federal clients and use industry descriptors for commercial clients (large financial services organization, commercial airline). I do not list my clearance anywhere, but every day I get an email or two from someone from a “veteran owned small business” government contractor.
