Hello fishes, I have two offers in hand. One from TCS at say ‘x’ CTC and location is hyderabad. I have another offer from Tech Mahindra at ‘x+1’ CTC. I have home in bnglr with nominal emi. I have heard hyderabad rents are too high. Tech Mahindra is ready to give bnglr or hyderabad whichever i ask for. Kindly help me how to decide on this. I also can rent out my current home in bnglr and cover those emi’s but how high are rents in hyderabad. Would it be good to move there or stay here

It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

If you were me and your goal was to maximize your net worth by retirement, would you put a few thousand dollars extra into paying down the house faster or invest that extra money in the market? I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.
