Which should I go for, and what shall I ask?
I have 1.5 years of corp strategy experience in Finance in manufacturing company post MBA.
CCTC is 13 fixed, 2-3 lacs variable expected by March with 10-12% hike
Also have 2 lacs bonus which I will have to pay back if I leave.

Who has more earning potential: Creatives or Producers? Talking about two aspects: mid-career salary and lifetime earning potential? I feel like producers peak earlier but creatives have higher max?

I want to get into 1040s..currently at pwc and tried to get into PFS but HR basically discouraged me and said it was a decentralized group. What big 4 would be best to go to ?

What’s the draw of product marketing? I see a lot of my MBA classmates going into these roles but don’t really get the appeal

"You are one of two candidates in the final round.

One thing we haven’t spoken about are your salary expectations. Could you have a think and let me know early next week as well as your employment status (residency permit)."

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages? Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). This is the initial offer; where is there room for negotiation? Base or Sign on Bonus or RSUs? I realize it's a good offer, but I'm looking for: $225k base + existing sign on + 5500 RSUs. Does that sound like a decent counter?

I am so tired of my sister and mom, and the pressure they apply on me to get married, 32 year old female and I have not met someone yet.
