Hello fishes . I recently joined Deloitte India after so much thought and very worried seeing the negative reviews around here.
After joining I got into USI project , where you don’t even need to go to office at all. Even though I asked they said no need to.
So lesson : it’s all depends on the project . Never judge from outside .
I was very much happy joining Deloitte India

People who are joining Nagarro, Make sure you are aware of the project details before joining...lot of projects in Nagarro are sub contract projects..
Make sure your skills are matching. Don't just see package only...

Why do partners feel the need to speak when they obviously have very superficial knowledge about the topic? So exhausting pushing back on stupid ideas, needless analysis, unnecessary credit taking attempts and spending time making their input sound coherent with what was already aligned with client. Let me manage and please just get out of the way…

I’m well liked around the office, I put in the hours and work hard, I haven’t had any dumpster fire projects, but I am a mediocre performer compared to my peers (not as strong project management, communication, not as confident). Well this is gonna be long post.
Working at hybrid model of IT company and PSU company. My employer IT company lost bid and now the contract is of another company. We have been asked that contract over as on 31.7.2022 and we are supposed to go and sit at company office. It's a loss of pay for 100 people on project. Our company said we can't join new bidder company because we signed agreement on offer letter that we won't be joining client for atleast a year. It's inconvenient and crazy for us.

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
