I was just doing a general look at the reviews of Eli and Lilly, meanwhile I did notice that a lot of people in LinkedIn who had Eli and Lilly as their past experience have stayed in the company for max of 2 years.

Is this an usual average period that anyone stays in any company OR have people started leaving within 2 years for some other reason. If anyone can advise me on this it would be helpful for me to decide!

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
