I work as Power Platform developer with 4 YOE , I have got two offers right now KPMG (KGS) - 11. 5LPA fixed and RSM US LLP - 14LPA fixed 1.4 LVariable also Hexaware is in pipeline - 13.5LPA fixed. Which one should I choose? In terms of Growth, Projects, WLB, Culture, Benefits. Please help

A company has 2 candidates, aged 25-30, equal in every respect save one’s a man the other’s a woman. Maybe the woman is a slightly better candidate overall. They’d have equal comp.

Company considers the woman a riskier bet due to possibility she’ll take maternity leave — and considers the man less risky for his ineligibility to take as much leave. 🤷

2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!
