Nope. I had to pay 2500 out of my pocket. They do tuition reimbursement only once you start school. But you need to have the conversation with your manager first. Gmat not covered regardless.

Full time - you need to leave the firm - MS wont cover a dime.
Part time - 10K a year

How much is the tuition reimbursement at MS for business school? Is that for full time or part time MBA programs?

Any tools/podcast/books to help with self awareness, brand management and networking?

I know skills alone not going to help going far. I feel like this is a Desi issue, especially with women - it feels so wedding to create your braves, talk about your work etc, networking is really hard too! Do you feel that too?

So I have a dilemma - Quite a few colleagues of mine have been leaving mid-degree or just after finishing their MBAs, and haven’t had HR come after them for reimbursement because the policy only states the company MAY come after you, not that they will. My question to anyone who has been in a similar situation is - if i try to leave my company, and they come after me for the tuition reimbursement, is there a way for me to fight it by using examples of past colleagues?

Hi mamas - I just reviewed my FY2021 bonus with my manager. Because I live in a state with paid family leave, part of my pay comes from the state and part of it is paid via my company’s payroll. My bonus is tied to my comp via payroll, which is lowered since I receive part of my salary from the state benefit. Essentially I am being docked bonus pay because I live in a state with paid leave vs if I lived in a state without it and would get my full salary deposited via payroll, business as usual

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.

Of course I won’t tell a single friend/coworker. Only my partner. And I don’t post work stuff on social media.

Even copying the assigned secretary doesn’t help because they just regurgitate the request rather than saying “hey she gave this to you already”.
