I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

I dont think he will have a choice. Join whichever in onboarding first. I kbow organizations give letters to freshers but joining gets delayed and sometimes the offers aren't honored
Both r good infosyis is far good choose wisely
Last year freshers got tech stack like
Big Data, AEM, Cloud azure, Java,Power BI. Seems very low probability of get into testing. So you can consider Mindtree it's good option in terms of tech stack.
Dont join Infosys. They will assign bad technology. I joined here as a fresher as intern trained in Java, Springboot, but got chance to work in some other technology known as EDI. Now switching to different org in Java Tech.
Right. Joining Mindtree will be good option.
Mindtree…Because you won’t learn anything in Infosys and there is no guarenty about project in Infosys for freshers, First 1 year you will feel like a king in your friends circle and all after 1 or 2 years if you plan to look outside you will realise that you are zero( just saying with maximum numbers not intentionally you)
Dont join Mindtree if offer is from IMTS vertical, you'll regret totally.
I started as a Trainee at LTI (Now LTIMindtree). They randomly assign you a Tech stack and even if you beg, they won't change the tech stack assigned. If luck favours you, you will get the technology which you like. One of my batchmate even showed the external training certificate in Java but they declined to assign Java.
Not sure about Infosys and how they assign Tech.
