I’m at a Fortune 500 company with an employee stock purchase plan but I’m unhappy with my salary and job title. I was offered an opportunity to make 30k more with the title I want with a smaller company doing the same role. I’m wondering if it’s the right career move to just jump ship…Any guidance is much appreciated.

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Asking for wife who's also in banking. If she got ~$100k in signing bonus in 2019 for 1 year commitment in CA and started FT in July 2020, assuming she leaves before July 2021, can her employer claw back full amount in California? Some say it's much tougher to do so under CA law but wonder if anyone has any insights. Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Is a distance-MBA Learning Program worth anything? I have 3+ YOE and I would like to go for an MBA but I'm evaluating if I need to plunk down so much money and two years of my 20's. Distance MBA programs offer so much convenience but is it going to be worthwhile and useful in the industry?
What are your thoughts or advices?
