CTC wise both the offers are in a similar bracket at the fixed component but ABB has a clearly mentioned bonus component unlike IBM which makes the CTC 3 lakhs more than IBM ABB KPMG

How's work in industry as a senior tax analyst (specifically federal corporate tax and ASC 740)?
