How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

OP, just wanted to share that Deloitte Advisory IS NOT the same as Deloitte Consulting. Too many of my friends jumped to Advisory not knowing the difference and they all are regretting it.
Use the internet - so many sites with that information
Unhelpful D1.
Ex-Deloitte here. It depends what group in Advisory. Also, 6 YOE may get you pegged as a “junior” manager. Lastly, some groups don’t go past 150K (cap for external hires) and 150 is reserved for YOE close to 10. Keep in mind Deloitte doesn’t like to negotiate on base. Go the signing bonus route. A 140K offer with with 15K signing with a 24 month lock is good for 6 YOE.
135-155
Ah that makes sense, was definitely confusing the two
I was a manager in advisory at another firm in NYC (although this was 4 years ago) and I was being paid around $110K. Expect it is a little higher now because of inflation, and also a little higher if you’re coming in from outside vs. homegrown talent.
I had an offer for $190k but decided not to take it.
Fair enough, but I still just wouldn't want to set unreasonable expectations (too much of that on Fb). Even in DC 190 for a NEW M is not common. They have many SMs starting at $200 ~ 225 or so, which is about 4 years of tenure beyond M1.
IF OP was in Consulting Cloud group or something then yea they MAY get an offer like that in this crazy market (and good for you that you did), but it is by no means guaranteed.
Point of clarification, how many YOE did you have? At 6 YOE OP would definitely be brought in as a brand new Manager
For cyber they offered 180k base and 20k bonus for similar yoe but it all depends on which advisory group
