Hey sharks, I have close to 5.5 years of experience with big4s and currently at 20 lpa fixed plus variable. I am being offered manager by KP at 27 lpa fixed plus variable and 6 lakh joining bonus. But I am not keen on continuing with big4s and move out to some fintect or corporate. Market situation is also not great. Is it a reasonable decision to not accept KP offer and keep looking looking at the market scenario or should I accept the offer.

I have 125% offer from ey GDS, yoe 6.8 , now I get to know they are offering more CTC to less exp people for same role in same team.

If I talk to hr about this , is there any chances she will revise my offer ? It is any practice.

I do not have other offers at the moment.

Ps- at time of negotiation, she instantly agreed to my asking CTC. I tried to get some more but she said they already given above 100% hike. So I did not engage further and agreed.

But not heard back from hr till now and when I followed up with HR over email and call I am getting no response....
