Hello fishies, I cannot access my ChatGpt account on my desktop as the account was created with an old university email address and an old mobile number (which are both discontinued), hence I cannot complete a proper authorization. I am still logged in on my iPhone app at the moment. However I cannot change the email address or phone number that’s associated with the ChatGPT account. I’ve emailed and contacted numerous times the support team and waiting. Does anyone know how to sort this?
