In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

Me and My so presently live in Arkansas, living in our first home with a child 4 year, both of us recently changed our jobs and have HHI ~ 420K, current mortgage 1600/month. Can anybody share the salary bifurcation offered by TCS recently in the range of 8-10LPA?
I have been recently selected in TCS and going to have HR round today.

Have received offer from TCS and tentative DOJ I gave was 27 June 2022.
There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..
Hr recruiter is not responding..
