Current CTC: 12.5

Please suggest what should I tell them in terms of compensation as my expected CTC?

I have usually seen people taking sick leaves when workload is more and there is more responsibility coming in team. But I always hesitate to ask for leaves, I feel I'm doing something wrong. At the same time I'm exhausted with work and feel like I should be taking 1-2 leaves per month. Even in new organization it's been 4 months, I have not taken even a single leave.

I have HR discussion with Bosch and they are not agreeing to match it.. whether it is good decision to prefer bosch over other offers even if CTC is bit low? (YOE - 2.5, Tech - DevOps)

Whats the difference between KPMG India vs KPMG Global Services (KGS)? I couldn't find much answers in Internet except KGS handles backend work.
