Currently working as Business Analyst at Cognizant business consulting. I have an offer from PwC india for Digital Strategy consulting. I'm currently based out of Pune and for PwC, I've to relocate to Mumbai leaving family at Pune and travel back on weekends. Should I accept the offer?

Please suggest what should I tell them in terms of compensation as my expected CTC?

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.
