Can someone suggest to me how I can make it and what kinda difficulty level I can have.
Also in case I am able to learn what salary I should expect.

I have 5+ years of experience and having 3 offers

1. Infosys -9.5 lpa
2. Wipro - 12.0 lpa
3. Mphasis -13.0 lpa

If I consider salary as secondry criteria ,Which one I should choose so that I wouldn't regret later. Please suggest ?

Hey folks. I'm looking @ dir-level People Operations / PM or Chief of Staff roles. Industry agnostic but interested in one that's social impact focused or innovative.

Doing a federal clerkship and thinking of my options after. Anyone in NJ/NY/PA biglaw lit group with collegial and pleasant work environment? I do not care about billable requirements/workload, just salary and don’t want to be treated like shit.

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. I’m interviewing with a non-profit tomorrow. I have 5 YoE in non-profit marketing with 7 total for marketing. The role lists a range for compensation between $65-70k. Ideally I’d like to make no less than $75k, but am excited for this opportunity.

What are the dos and donts of obtaining a competitive offer to get a raise? What about timing? Is it tacky to do it right after promo season?

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. My current company and many others I know about do not offer the mobility to do so until much later, which is not what I want. Thank you.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

I am looking forward to HR round for Macquarie Gurugram. All rounds went well except for numerical reasoning section in psychometric test. My yoe is exactly 8 years. My current CTC is 16.2 and expecting raise in current company in 2-3 months.

Q1- What is the maximum I can demand in Macquarie in HR round? Initially, before interviews started, I mentioned 27LPA (negotiable). I have a past offer (not current) of 25.5 LPA.
