I got call for interview but dont know exactly what to prepare for interview there is so much, java, springboot, sql, dbms, cloud, angular.... how to prepare for interview what all questions can be expected in service based or product based.

I have 3 yrs of experience in service based company and need to switch to get good package, my current package is just 2.8lpa

Does anyone have a broader idea on this, It is mentioned that it will be divided and payed out Quarterly. But is there any chances for revoking this component from my package?

I just found out a new colleague was brought on at 20% higher salary than my current salary. (Have been w/ firm 1.5 years) She doesn’t have a 4-year degree (working on it).
