Well generally an honest, hard working and high performing top employee gets good double digit hikes, not sure though about the overly greedy ones such as yourself who without even doing one iota of performance is worried about “max” hike. Really sad to see what has gotten into the minds of people nowadays. Please don’t waste your time with such activities and concentrate on what value you can add in your new role if you really want that “max” hike.
P.S. Don’t waste your time abusing me, you won’t evoke a further response from me.
QA Specialist, can you please refer me for a role at BT? I would be highly obliged.
Hikes are not that great, for employees who works for full year get max 7% hike, if you will join in December considering 3 to 4 % max
Dude don’t just like my post , leave ur openion as well
its not doing good .
so max would be 7 percent i guess
