Hello guys, I'm an appian developer with around 2.2 years of experience, L1 certified.
I started looking for opportunities out, then pwc started completing my process.
I have completed 2 technical rounds oustandingly.
Then comes HR round, they just came explained everything about PWC and its policies etc. Now they asked my expectation, 12 lpa, which is significantly around 100-110% of my current salary. They simply ghosted me they would only give 9lpa and it's fixed, how to tackle this?

I have 5+ years of experience and having 3 offers

1. Infosys -9.5 lpa
2. Wipro - 12.0 lpa
3. Mphasis -13.0 lpa

If I consider salary as secondry criteria ,Which one I should choose so that I wouldn't regret later. Please suggest ?

Salary cut 20% first week the virus broke out, no bonuses this year, and it’s unlikely that we will get that 20% back. Good thing this was my first year and I earned all of 3 months of my salary. 😑

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
