Hi Fishes, I want one information. If a person serving notice period of 90 days, gets released from the project and comes to bench.
Do IBM decrease the notice period to 30 days for such employees?

I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?
I work remote and I'm currently on the bench. I'm worried because my utilization is low...Im trying to learn new skills and sleepy during the day it makes it hard. I don't get sleepy until 3am because I'm wired/hyped up. I don't know what to do. Without the meds, I won't be able to get out of bed...

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. With my background, how do I break into a finance or accounting role? What positions do I apply for? I would like to make at least 45-50k a year min starting if possible.
