Hello! I am currently looking for a new job (and have been since 2022 when I graduated with my dual bachelors degree), I have a bachelor's in marketing + management, a MLIS, and going back to school for data analytics & engineering.

Whenever I have interviews I'm finding that they're going with candidates with more experience... My question is what are some roles I should look at? And which platform can I find remote opportunities?

I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? I'm leaning toward GL accounting at a publicly-traded company. My background is 3.5 years audit and 2.5 years technical accounting advisory.

To legally recommend who can work, a Hiring Hall is required to be certified by the majority of workers in construction or garment industries. How is software certs able to avoid this law?
