I am a Mechanical Engineer (Operations and Project) in a leading FMCG company, with around 2.5 years of experience and also a PMI certification of Associate in Project Management.

Am I particularly uptight, or is writing meant to be done alone, without a partner talking to you? With past partners, we chat through script notes and then I go off to execute. Current partner likes to sit and chat as I write. To me, writing is crafting a conversation. So I can’t talk to you and simultaneously talk to this audience. My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers.
