I am looking to stir my career into a Project Management role in IT. I have some work experience but don't have the title to apply anywhere. Is a Project Management Certificate PMP worth it as there is cost and time associated with it or should I just try to apply for PM roles?

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Potential client owns an e-commerce website selling graphic design posters (think college type posters) submitted by a freelance artists. Most of sales are from posters based off of celebrity musicians. Does client need a license from the celebrities to sell graphic posters of the celebrities even though it is from freelance artists?

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
