For those of you who left Big4, how do you manage getting annual state CPE requirements completed for CPA ? Do you sign up for separate classes offered by private companies or is there 1 single provider that you subscribe ? Wondering how do you track that for multi year compliance and if requested by state for audit, how is that support / documentation provided ?

I interviewed for a role with the Enterprise Risk Team at EY. I told them my salary requirements were $105 k before the interview. They said it should be ok if I'm brought in as a Senior 1.
