I attended LTI mindtree interview for specialist - package implementation role. I have 7.3 years of experience in service now development. My current compensation is 19.3 fixed. Any idea how much package can we expect for the mentioned role.

I have recived offer letter from Mindtree 4 days back, HR mentioned in mail that I will receive mail with subject line "Welcome to Mindtree! ..." Asking for pre on boarding document
I have not received that mail yet, how long it will take
I have received the digi verification link and I have completed it.
If I didn't receive the pre onboarding document link will it impact the joining.?

After CTC discussion with HR,she said she sent for approval.
Still no update from her end.
How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.

They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany . My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role?
