I have been selected by Persistent Systems for the role of Azure Data Engineer.
I have 3.2 years of experience, and my current CTC is 4.5 LPA.
I also selected in other company they verbally confirmed me about 9 lpa but i dont have offer in my hand as of now.

How much salary should I expect from Persistent Systems?

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this.
