I work in oracle r12 as a technical.

I feel stuck in this role and every1 says that there is not much growth in terms of sal in this profile. My friend is struggling to get 20lpa with close to 10yoe.

I have heard that max org will offer 25lpa for technical. That is the cap for this profile and no org will go beyond that. Is this true?

Is this the best time to switch technology? People in core dev profiles like Java, React, Angular etc. are getting 25lpa at only 5yoe. Please suggest

1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?
