I hear you. I don't think there are many people who can say they have never encountered a similar situation. The only thing you ever have control of are your own actions. Jesus warns us in Matthew to bridle our tongues as the simple utterance of raqa can make us guilty of murder. God tells Cain in Gn 4:7 "...sin is a demon lurking at the door: his urge is toward you, yet you can be his master."
I have made frivolous job changes in my past which slowed my progress. In fact I am back at PwC, a place I left because I believed people were acting unjustly, and they were. But the grass was even more dead on the other side and I had more friends than enemies here than I realized.
My advice would be to use your prudential judgment with God's assistance in prayer to determine whether or not a job change is warranted. If so, start searching but be patient as the market is not necessarily in favor of the job seeker at the moment. Also, be prepared to bear your cross as the Lord may leave you in place for a while to help others grow in grace.
God bless.
Attacking them actually puts you in a bad light and doesn’t bring glory to Christ. I mean putting forward your view point in a assertive manner is okay. Unless ofc you’re fighting for causes and laws to be changed then you have to voice it it out more. On the other hand, many people come to Christ not with a Christian attacking them but a Christian being so loving that they are like “I need what they have- love of Christ”
